TESTIMONIALS
We really enjoyed Saturday's cheese making at Berowra. Juan and John are great teachers, although I have to admit that I was a little nervous taking our newly made camembert home. I was greatly relieved to receive an email today with further instructions! Thanks again guys.
Thank you so much for the workshop on Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, really appreciate how much effort you put into it and was very impressed by the professionalism of your presentation, running of the day and support.
Hi John & Juan, thanks for the enjoyable course, the cheese is going along well. I am very motivated to build my knowledge in this craft and am even looking into the wine cooler style fridge.
Anne and I had a lovely day and enjoyed the one-day course on Saturday at Kariong very much. We are looking forward to attending a two-day workshop. Could you please send us info on the facilities for an overnight stay? Thank you again for the lovely day.
