WHO CAN ATTEND
These workshops are suitable for all levels – ranging from the complete novice to those with experience desiring to further develop their skills.


HOW LONG ARE THE WORKSHOPS?
The duration of the one and two day workshop is approximately 6 hours each day.


 
HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS?
Our Cheese Making classes have a maximum of 10 people per workshop allowing adequate hand-on participation.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
You will be working in pairs to make your own cheese. This is a 100% hands-on workshop.


 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE WORKSHOP
Each Participant will need to bring: one medium esky and one plastic container with lid and draining rack.

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable, covered shoes with non-slip sole We will provide aprons and hair-nets for the workshop.

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE AT THE WORKSHOP
Depending on the cheese workshop; milk, and starters. A light lunch will be served (John is the cook) coffee, tea and refreshment will be available.

WHAT CAN YOU BORROW FOR THE WORKSHOP
Hand towels, aprons, cooking hair-nets and gloves.
